About The Artwork
I have been inspired by many artists, styles and movements. My main interest, however is and has been Geometric Abstraction. A style pioneerd by Piet Mondrian and Theo van Doesburg, two artist from my native country, The Netherlands active early last Century. Other influence can be found in Jozef Albers and Frank Stella. Formalist and Minimalist theries added further to what is becoming my mature style.

I studied fine arts for 8 year at the following universities; University of NSW, Sydney, University of Western Sydney, Sydney and the UMPRUM/Praha in Prague.
