The idea of coexistence or harmony with nature is firmly rooted in Eastern philosophy and tradition. Only the transition from the world of conflict to the world of coexistence/harmony can we have human development. The value of this harmony can only come from a re-evaluation of our values and belief into quiet acceptance. It is necessary to recognize that the three-dimensional image world of this universe is an all inter connected and separated from each other. The sun, moon, stone, tree, water, etc. have an inseparable relation. It is necessary to move away from human-centered thinking and live harmoniously with man and nature. This means we can live in true harmony with nature in the new century. My work is a metaphore for an alternative way of life where we live harmoniously with nature. By examining ecology, philosophy, environmental aesthetics, and indigenous beliefs, we create new values.
