About The Artwork
This work MOUNTAIN SUMMER was created in July 2021. In an initially unintentional gimmick with cut-out paper shapes, a composition was created that more and more pulled me under its spell. Lightness and fresh, light colors dominate. Where I live I am surrounded by mountains, fragrant hay and cheerful people. I was able to let this power flow into this work. I invite you to let this image work as a whole without focusing on certain elements. A matt applied varnish protects the work from the effects of light. The sides of the stretcher are also painted and there is a professionally recessed hanging loop on the back so that the picture can be hung immediately.
