About The Artwork

"Learning from the Merlion" is an accurate reflection of my daily battle to decipher the complex puzzle of existence. My soul and my surroundings: This is the context in which colorful flowers that represent my essence, appear from nowhere to become a key factor in the eternal game of harmonizing contrasting forces and learning to live with them. Light posts, numbers, a Japanese cartoon cat, dragons and indoctrinating geometrical figures, among others, set up the stage for this imperfect game where I play, perform and make bets on life.
