About The Artwork
I love nature and volcanoes are among my favorite geographical accidents along with oceans. So, one day I found a photograph - similar in essence to the painting but not in details -and that was my source of inspiration. there were no blossoms neither a hip in the original print but I felt that the painting needed a more dimensional approach therefore I added those element. I use acrylics for most of my artwork and in this specific case it proved to be the ideal medium.
