Technique: The inspiration for this work is from pointillism technique. Each abstract tiny shape is meticulously painted to give it a mosaic/ stain-glass type texture. It draws the viewer to touch, feel and experience the three dimensional visual that it gives. Subject: I truly believe that love and friendship are the foundation of all relationships. The concept of love has been explored by many artists in the history of art. However, love is and still remains a very strong emotion which is hard to define. The figures in my paintings are merged together symbolizing the oblivious of anything else but each other. They are surrounded by colors and patterns created organically. These patterns and colors represent the relationships by chance while the silhouette (i.e. figures) represents our relationships by choice. This body of work is my effort to remind the power of love and lifelong commitment as friends and life partners I can certainly be a focal point in your room or a conversation piece and above all its original art.
