About The Artwork
This oil painting was made on a linen canvas in the artist's studio, using various sketches and watercolours he had made on location as studies. They were made in the spring 2015. This work represents the Southern side of 'Mont Saint-Clair, the famous hill overlooking Sète town center, the 'Etang de Thau' and the Mediterranean sea, with its lighthouse and plush villas. In the foreground a woman is sunbathing. It's sold with a nice frame with a canvas mount (see photo), ready to hang.On request it can also be sold without frame. Dimensions without the frame: 81x65
