This painting of the eternal battle is a partial development of a larger composition begun years ago. It was painted in 2003 and includes only the action between a white and a black centaur, and two or three figures. My inspiration comes from a dream, in which the living people constantly fight with the white centaur and the black one pick up the corpses from the battlefield.

Bulgaria
I was born in 1980 in Varna, a Bulgarian seaside town. At the age of 6 I was already a student of the local artist Katya Arsova. Later, I studied fine arts in high school and spatial design at a local university. I worked as a designer for 15 years before I started painting again in 2018. I like painting with oil or mixing different media. This gives me richer and deeper classic colors or modern view. My mind often wanders on the border between surrealism and symbolism. I like to mix some decorative and expressive elements and try a different approach in composition, portrait, still life and landscape.
