About The Artwork
This is a painting which tries to show te idea of traspassing the mere surface of a painting by seing through the canvas itself. The possibility of work with this kind of linen allows me to work in the front and behind the canvas it making the act of painting similar to a performance. I like the idea of delay-linger when watching a painting. Not as a simple contemplating act but as a portal through wich possibilities and chances begin to open. I worked with oil, pigments and chalk.

I am a visual artist and painter graduated in Fine Arts from Escuela de Bellas Artes Prilidiano Pueyrredon. Assistant profesor at the Universidad Nacional de las Artes, where I teach Painting III under Cuello's OTAV chair. I have attended Art Clinics and Artwork guidances with artists Manuel Ameztoy, Augusto Zanela, Sergio Bazan, Eduardo Medici, Andrea Juan, Mariana Rodriguez Iglesias, Marian de Caro, while continue to develop my artworks at my atellier in Estudios 783, San Telmo.Buenos Aires, Argentina.
