About The Artwork

This soft sculpture poses the state of a body part well used/worn through neglect and disuse. the hole in the middle of the palm changes it, obstructs its movement and prevents it from making contact in that area. where did that flesh go? did it wear away because of excessive use how you wear down the soles of your favourite pair of shoes?
