About The Artwork

INSPIRATION: I often wonder how we communicate in our silence...in what is unsaid, and sometimes never will be said. There's a power that comes with silence, but also a heart full of regrets from the feeling it has been kept inside for too long. "Things Left Unsaid" comes with pain and grief, when we never get the courage to speak those important words, or when we do not express our gratitude or a heartfelt apology that is so needed. A silence then grows between us, furthering the distance… I believe there is no time to leave important words unsaid, even if it comes with the risk of having those words bruised or misunderstood. DESCRIPTION: - Size: 61 cm x 61 cm (24" x 24") - Professional Grade Materials: Painted with the finest high-pigment acrylic paints, mediums, and artist-grade pastels, graphites, pencils, markers, etc. - Gallery-Wrapped Canvas: The edges are painted in a dark colour complementary to the painting. - 2 Coats of Archival Varnish: Protecting the painting from UV rays and ensuring your masterpiece can be safely cleaned and restored. - Ready to Hang: No framing required. - Certificate of Authenticity: Verifying the painting’s lineage and guaranteeing your investment.

Claudia is a self-taught artist who intuitively creates mixed-media abstract art. She is originally from Germany and, after having lived in Canada for over 30 years, she has relocated to Fano, Italy. Claudia’s art is often characterised by vibrant colors, bold brushwork, and marks that reflect a very personal and dynamic representation of her experiences. It mirrors life's tapestry - a blend of painful memories and joyful experiences, embodying the resilience of living with an open heart. Claudia believes in the healing power of art, and its ability to speak to the soul. Inspired by her personal journey of vulnerability, each brush stroke becomes a dialogue between past and present, weaving together fragments of poetry, thoughts, and emotions. Layer by layer, her paintings evolve, revealing stories through texture and color, and each intuitive moment in the creative process holds significance. By welcoming Claudia’s art into your space, you spark the potential to evoke emotions and memories, while leaving ample room for your own interpretation.
