About The Artwork

The cave, by its universal and mythological scope is the place that connects heaven and earth, the place of creation, end or rebirth, the place of knowledge, the psyche. The subjects, when represented, are close to a limit, in an internal or external posture to those places in which they live or pass, places of refuge, or places left to live better. Sometimes the subjects disappear giving way to the only landscapes of a disturbing beauty from the imagination of tales.
