About The Artwork
The death of David's father, Lucian inspired stone impressions made by smashing stones from the beach onto card placed on recently laid tarmacadam on the promenade at Worthing on the UK's south coast. Shown in 'Losibg Lucian', Meller Merceux Gallery, Oxford, 2011 and 'Our Nature, Poetic to Grotesque', Worthing Museum & Art Gallery, 2016.
