Homage to Dada was selected by the International Digital Art Mini Print as part of the centenial celebration of Dadaism. The graphic treatment is an homage to the work of Kurt Schwitters who has developed a pictorial languiage composed of moviong characters reproduced on mechanical typographic presses, giving Dadaist publications their characteristic hand-made style. This vector artwork can be reproduced at any size. Dadaism puts the words forefront. Random words are reassembled according to the order of the draw. This typography breaks the graphic standards of the day by combining modern fonts with traditional characters, creating a chaotic composition. Dada has also marked the theater with its unusual lyrics and eccentric costumes. Geometric designs are inspired by stage costumes. Their iconic treatments are a contemporary treatment, even though Dada has used the Dingbat characters a lot like the pictogram of the hand. The special effects of old paper and faded colors are a reminder of the dada works exhibited in museums. These publications were not designed to last long. They were revolutionary gestures against the bourgeoisie and the establishment in reaction to the horrors of the Great War.

Denis Leclerc is a digital artist who uses abstract expression to create stunning pieces of art. His work is inspired by chance and fate, and he finds that vector images allow him to work without size restrictions. His artwork often explores dichotomies such as balance and chaos and views the world through the lens of abstract shapes and colours. He believes that digital art is an exploration of something outside of reality, allowing him to express things that he can’t in his everyday life. Leclerc has had his work featured in numerous international exhibitions, and it has been collected by art galleries, businesses, and private collectors. He also works with a variety of companies to create bespoke pieces for their visual branding or design needs. Leclerc is passionate about encouraging others to explore their creative potential and has been the recipient of several awards for his work.
