Flags

Born on Flag Day, June 14, 1964, Todd Monaghan has been making flags since his brother Craig commissioned his first flag at the turn of the millennium 2000 entitled "American Beauty". He was commissioned by Emory University to revisit the piece after the events of September 11th, 2001 resulting in "American Beauty 911" which hangs at the Woodruff Auditorium at Emory University. It hangs in commemoration of that day. Monaghan has revisited the iconic symbol from time to time since and is currently exploring various other flags.
