Marcella Beccaria is curator at Castello di Rivoli Museum of Contemporary Art in Turin. She has curated several exhibitions and accompanying catalogues including ‘From the Earth to the Moon: Metaphors for
Travel’ (2007), ‘Claes Oldenburg Coosje van Bruggen: Sculpture by the Way’ (2006), ‘Yang Fudong’ (2006), ‘Candice Breitz: Mother & Father’ (2005), ‘Vanessa Beecroft’ (2003). She has written and published extensively on the Arte Povera, video art and artists such as Francesco Vezzoli, Franz Ackermann, Thomas Demand and Bruna Esposito. Beccaria holds an MA in Art History and Museum Studies from Boston University, Boston.
