Born in Oak Park, Illinois. Living and working in San Francisco and New York.

My abstract painting is informed by a modernist aesthetic. Loosely improvisational, strong in gesture and brush mark, my work evokes a strong sense of place, referencing terrain with a vivid mineral palette.
