Two Views of a Chicken Skull Print

Two Views of a Chicken Skull (Gallus domesticus) Everybody needs a hobby, even artists, and mine is collecting skulls. I generally paint outdoors so New England winters trap me inside with no ventilation for the turpentine fumes. Last winter I began to paint in watercolors in self defense and my skulls seemed like a good subject. They don't take long, I'm generally happy with the results (you won't see anything posted here that I was not aesthetically pleased with myself), they're a good outlet for my drawing needs too, and I'm happy to sell them for cheap money, then do some more. Plus, I use the proceeds to buy more skulls! This was part of my birthday purchase this year when I had to buy additional skulls from a wholesaler to bring my total bill up to $100. This skull and a small turtle skull I also bought came in a minimum package of two; however, I gave the spares to a friend of mine with similar tastes and I just painted this same skull twice for this artwork.
