The painting “ Take-away party ” (oil on canvas, 60x60 cm) depicts takeaway food set once ordered to celebrate family’s significant date from Japanese food restaurant. It was our beloved seafood ramen and sushi. Pandemic isolation was really tough time for all of us, however people still had birthday and other important dates during this period of lockdown. So take away and online menus was a good solution. When delivery came, the ramen components was separated in different boxes, I took out all the ingredients and just warmed the broth, I put noodles, seafood and egg into the broth, but the taste was not that I expected, smth was wrong. I and my child have finished it despite this feeling. After some time husband asked me “How was the ramen!’“ Well..I said that it was odd, not that usual ramen taste. „Did you cooked the noodles?“ . Ups! So it was the raw noodles taste of party!
