About The Artwork
Small-scale painting in ink and gouache on fine grain linen board. Inspired by the changing seasons, the chill in the air and all the spectacular moonrises I've seen recently. I love the surprises ink gives me when I return to works in the morning after they've dried through the night while I sleep. A more fanciful person than me would say it was moon magic (and part of me jokes that it is).
