My Marilyn Monroe series,, created from photos that I've altered through digital manipulation and may include scribbles, text, symbols and tattoos. These whimsical works are as in all my work, inspired by my longtime interest in psychology and mystical Eastern thought. Concepts such as duality, illusion, unity and the nature of reality are the inspiration for my creations. I look to imbue the sacred into the ordinary and mundane.
