About The Artwork
This piece is framed in a black box 32 x 32 cm. The drawing was made on the site while traveling around polish villages. This old house had probably many stories to tell but the artist got inspired by the outdoor construction. For this region it's typical that ground floor was built out of bricks, when the upper floor was made in wooden construction. Artist itself in 2019 got awarded an honorable medal of Merit to Polish Culture.

I'm designing a conscious creative path with strong emotions, unique aesthetics and sensitivity to colour. INSPIRATION is everywhere. CREATIVITY is my spirit. ART is my life. In 2015 I defended thesis and project in the field of interdisciplinarity of arts: "Plane description of reality used in spatial design" obtaining a title PhD in Fine Arts. I'm a MFA in Architecture & Design Faculty (2008) and MFA in Painting faculty (2012) at the University of Arts in Poznan. I also work at the same University as a lecturer at Bionics Studio. Since may 2009 I'm a member of Dymlingen artist group in Jönköping, Sweden. In my paintings I like to combine architecture and graphic. I love creating canvases in different shapes - so they fit perfectly to the subject or object I'm working with. I paint mostly in oil and acrylic. I also enjoy working with structures in painting by adding more layers of different canvases.
