Arizona Sandstone is the most recent of the 205 individual types of stone I have carved over the past 37 years, sourced from 45 different countries. One of my missions in life is to create sculpture from as many disparate types of stone as possible.

Each type of stone has its own quirks and requirements, forcing me to truly pay attention to what it is willing and able to do in order to coax out the natural beauty of the stone.
