Eira the Winter Queen art doll Sculpture

This beautifully scary art doll is called Eira (her name is inspired by the Norse Goddess Eir and means ‘snow’ in Welsh). Eira at first glance is like a snowflake: white, pure and light but don't be fooled so easily, she is also mischievous and has a lot of fun turning everything into ice crystals wherever she goes... Because she's the Winter Queen! I added some red accents in her dress to give more contrast, like red berries in snow, or blood ... My passion for all the Gothic, of course... Eira is a unique one-of-a-kind handmade doll. She belongs to my Dark Beauty series, No. 017. My dolls are numbered and signed as I make them (on one side of the stand) and each one brings its certificate of authenticity. My Dark Beauty dolls are inspired by the dark art of the Mexican Catrinas of the Day of The Dead. Some practical details about Eira: - She is a delicate art doll, not a toy and should be treated with care. - Height: 52 cm (20,5 ") - Weight: 645g - The clothes can not be removed. - The doll has its own integrated stand. - The arms are articulated. She is handmade in mixed media: sculpted in clay and fimo, painted and stitched. I make all my dolls from scratch. The doll's skin is finished with cool vintage effect and varnished. Her dress is made with light fabrics (new and vintage), with the bodice embroidered by hand with beads and lace. Her long hair is made of wool in white and gray tones. She wears a crown of icicles on her head and she has a very long white veil that can be put in different ways. The doll is decorated with some small rhinestones. Eira is anxious to find her new home and new friends with dark hobbies!
