IMPORTANT: Size: plate (image) 29,5 x 21 cm, paper 37,7 x 29 cm Techniques: etching, aquatint and viscosity on zinc plate Handprinted on white Fabriano Rosaspina 285 g/m2 Artist's proof Signed and numbered on the front Black and white sketches of bare trees and their surroundings, made by direct observation in the graphic diary were the starting point for this series. Powerful and impatient traces made in the paper later opened in zinc matrices, metal in which the action of the mordent is faster, and therefore the lines obtained are more irregular and close to the initial drawings. Red confers more strength to the composition.
