I went with a friend to an immersive show called "Carlos Santos's Mirror". The show supposed that you could look at yourself, at your life from the outside. At the very beginning of the performance, we had to write our dreams and desires on paper. Then we walked through different rooms, where we were placed in different conditions. And at some point, "we died", we were put on a gurney and taken to the "morgue". After this room, we moved to a classroom, where we had the opportunity to add something or make corrections to our list of dreams and desires. I wrote: "You're doing great! You will succeed! You're on the right path!" I felt free. In another room, actors took us by the hands or shoulders and led us backwards or ran with us in a way that we lost our sense of direction and stopped understanding where we were and what was happening. This was intensified by loud music and flashing lights. You completely surrender yourself to the process, like riding on waves. I thought that in life, I have to control and decide too many things. And when I feel that someone is ready to take it on themselves, I easily give in… From my series “Introduction to Thoughts”
