Art Performance Public Face 2019.Die Aktion ist Teil des Plans von HafenCity-Kuratorin Ellen Blumenstein und soll die kollektive Gefühlslage der Menschen in Echtzeit wiedergeben. Entwickelt wurde das interaktive Kunstwerk, um den Stadtteil etwas lebendiger zu gestalten - im Rahmen des Quartier-Projektes "Imagine the City" ("Stell dir die Stadt vor"). Damit soll Kunst in die etwas karge und menschenleere HafenCity kommen. Gestaltet und organisiert wird das Projekt von einer Berliner Künstlergruppe um Julius von Bismarck, Benjamin Maus und Richard Wilhelmer.
