On the Road, reimagines classic Richard Heeps artworks presented with full film rebate almost like a blown up contact sheet. 'Sun Kissed Wendy', from Richard Heeps' 'Man's Ruin' Series. This artwork is part of a sequence capturing Wendy at the Rockabilly Weekender, Viva Las Vegas. This cinematic portrait of Wendy captures her kissed by the sunset. Taken in 2001, this artwork was printed from negative in Richard's darkroom for the first time in March 2021. This artwork is a limited edition of 25, gloss photographic print only. It will be delivered rolled in a box accompanied by a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. I recommend it is professionally framed.

Although I was brought up in East Anglia, I was heavily influenced by America, I visited American bases, I kept magazine cuttings and I followed drag racing. The speed, lifestyle and technicolour is reflected in my imagery. Colour is a major aspect to my work, it drives my equipment and material choices. I have made many bodies of work, while there are distinctions between them they are all linked somehow. I have exhibited widely, in the early part of my career following an exhibition at the Photographers Gallery in 1989, many of my exhibitions toured Museums and Galleries around England. From 2007 presentation of my work has mostly been at Art Fairs in the UK and worldwide where it has been brought by many international collectors. My piece 'Thrills' was part of the 2018 250th Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.
