Animals in my art assume a symbolic role, functioning as metaphors and showing the connections between the wild world and the societies we build. These beings subtly reflect the complexities of human relationships, societal structures, and the delicate balance between the untamed wilderness and the human-constructed order. They embody our ancestors, historical events, and the people who come in and out of our lives. They symbolize the inevitable stages and experiences we encounter on our personal journeys.
