About The Artwork
I am particularly fond of the light early in the morning and at dusk. There is a magic stillness at these hours with subtle changes in the sky. I hope the viewers will find a calmness and comfort, an invitation to pause and take a deep breath. Using cold wax and oil based paints allowed me to add many thin layers and blend one on top of the other to achieve a soft waxy glow.
