About The Artwork
After becoming a mother I wasn't able to paint for a few years. When our lives became a bit stable again I made this painting. It was a revelation, because I discovered what was possible with only one color: yellow. That was mesmerizing. I love to paint on big canvases. Some say they don't know where to start when a canvas is this big, but I love to dissapear in this space and make a beautiful surrounding. It is possible that I will make a serie of this theme. To paint a painting only with one color. It's a challenge as well as a very interesting adventure. This canvas will be sent in a tube, carefully packed in bubblewrap.

My roots are French and Spanish and was born in the Netherlands, my partner is Greek and my two beautiful daugthers are a mix of me and my partner.
