This abstract gouache on non-acid and very high quality paper is about the interaction between yellow and blue. Yellow is the center of the space like The Sun and blue is around like The Sky. They both seems to stay in a a very strong interaction. But there is another dynamic element of this painting, which is red shaped in cone looking like a spike. The question is in fact about red and its designs on the interaction between yellow and blue. What will happen next? This illustration is created for one of polish documentary film poster.

I'm a psychologist, clinical neuropsychologist, therapist and art historian. I work as a lecturer at Open University of University of Warsaw. My place of birth is Poland. I live and work in Warsaw. I usually paint "alla prima" using wet-on-wet technique. Most of my my oils are painted with a thick layer of oil paint not very diluted. That's because texture of paintings is important to me as well. I also like watercolors and gouaches. I usually paint very quick making one painting in one or two days, but some of my paintings are painted longer, f. ex. paintings which I decided to continue after few years.
