Working Days Painting

This series of paintings are a reflexion on being immersed in a routine from Monday to Friday, organizing my life around my job schedule. The formats, excels, templates and documents, normally belong to the realm of institutions and companies. Working in one of those, implies fitting myself in the standardized working spaces and norms, as well as, ticking and filling the boxes in the assistance lists. I transformed the formats I have to use on a daily basis at my job into paintings, which I did in an organic order, with no interest in following any instruction or category. I wanted to free the shapes from all the useless information and translate them in a language I could understand better.
