About The Artwork
This painting was inspired by a row of trees I used to see in a park where I walked my dog early in the morning. One cold winters day the skeletal barks of the winter trees seemed to stand out in the early morning glow. I created lots of texture by applying layer upon layer of oil paint and then scraping back to reveal the underneath colour with my palette knife. This painting comes beautifully framed and ready to hang.
