About The Artwork

A message about this painting: A sound bath with yin yoga is a magical combination. Did you know your body will tell you exactly what it needs? It's just that sometimes the thing you need isn't that clear. Sometimes (which is more often that not these days) you need to completely disconnect from everything but you haven't yet figured out the best ways to do that. Sure you could binge a Netflix show or even scroll for a few hours through tiktok but have you ever taken 90 minutes to let the vibrations and sound pass through your body during a sound bath? You literally melt on your mat. Pair that with some gentle, meditative yin yoga and you're ready to get back out into the attention filled crazy world we all live in. Trust me, you'll feel renewed. Let this painting be a reminder to you to disconnect every once in a while. For you to take time for yourself. Time that is very special and not everyone know how to or has the capacity to take these days. Taking time for ourselves and being disconnected can be a way to recharge, a way to fill your cup back up and a way to reset your mind and body. And yes, while some forest bathing sounds amazing, some of us aren't that close to nature so often times a sound bath at a local yoga studio or healing center can be just as restorative. This painting will manifest these changes in your life for you to look inward, for you to be mindful of what your body is saying it needs. Humans weren't meant to be exposed to blue light the majority of the day, we weren't meant to focus on work 24/7, but yet we all do that because its expected. Once you have this painting on your wall, every time you walk past it (whether it's in your living room, hallway, bedroom) you'll know to be aware and open to practicing self-care in a way that is meaningful and helpful to your body. Sound baths are one of my favorite methods and I hope they are for you too. with love, Laura

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

As an artist, I explore the concept of energy and attraction. The use of turquoise, a color that symbolizes balance, reflects my connection to the universe as a Pisces. My work is an expression of my energy signature and serves as a method of connection to the world around me. The movement and fluidity in my paintings represent the pull and attraction of energy, inviting the viewer to engage with the colors and movement on a more intimate level. I create art to feel like I'm a child laying in the grass of my parents front yard and staring at the clouds to see what shape they shift into. I create to connect with you and have you tell me what you see in the clouds.
