About The Artwork

Starting with Magritte's painting 'The Art of Conversation' from 1963, where two characters, absorbed in conversation, forgetful of space and time, enter another dimension, and find themselves levitating in the sky, I tried to reflect on the theme of ghosting, as a way of painlessly escaping (here then is the rope of knotted sheets and the hat abandoned on the ground) from a converstation, from a relationship by avoiding the burden of confrontation. What, however, of the other person?
