About The Artwork
I am from Niverville, NY. Which is Upstate in the Hudson Valley outside Hudson, NY. I went to art school in Portland, Maine from 1990 to 1994. In 1995, I moved to San Francisco, California. I lived there for eleven years, working in nightlife and as an artist. I returned to Upstate New York in 2006. While there for two years I worked with the Upstate Artist Guild and helped organize art events. In 2008, I moved to NYC. I have lived in NYC since, working as an artist. I now have a beautiful family and continue to practice painting. In 2016, I became a resident artist with a studio at Chashama in the Brooklyn Army Terminal, where I still practice my art. I have gone through the Brooklyn College Graduate Art Education program. I am now an early childhood art educator.
