This painting is for the inner child... "Revealing what has been silenced… Expressing it and healing the parts of us that have been affected by it…" Being listened to. Being taken into account. Being understood. Listening to the parts of us that have been silenced, denied and pushed away. Welcoming these parts back so that they can be integrated back into our being… making us more whole… more stable… more grounded... Welcoming the vulnerable silenced parts of us so that we can become stronger and less fragmented… Giving the voice back to them… so that they can finally express their needs and wants as well as their emotions… the positive ones, but also and more importantly the negative ones that haven’t been given the chance to exist and just be.
