White strawberries do exist! And they are grown mainly in Japan. The most "popular" (if we can say that!) Is called "White Jewel", and it was elaborated after years and years of crossing different types of strawberries and improvements in the cultivation technique, such as decreasing their exposure to the Sun (like me in that sense haha). The result is a strawberry significantly larger than normal, and white on the outside as well as on the inside! And they are in fact rare ... Less than 10% of cultivars "afford" to receive this title. - The white strawberry is also a dedication to the rare life encounters that are really special and will be remembered forever. Moments that can often seem trivial, but that somehow are responsible for major positive changes in life - even if we don't understand it so soon. Special people - white strawberries - who for some reason or not (depends on what you believe) come in and / or pass by us and inspire us to move on despite the regrets. They are often with us all their lives and we don't realize it. Other times we find them simply because it was meant to be. It can be walking unpretentiously on the street, or even after many kilometers or years of road. The big question is: do you recognize when you come across one? For that, it is necessary to have courage and take risks in this life. It may be that in the beginning you experience shame, pain and everything that escapes your comfort zone. But one encounter with a white strawberry is enough to make everything worth more than worth it. And look: maybe you are also not the rare white strawberry that many would love to know? There's only one way to know ... Eric
