"Purity" Painting

Innocence at some point is an age. Climbing trees, riding bikes, just having fun. Undefiled, unabashed, pure. Part and parcel of a series of this model; I found it interesting how different angles could portray different personality traits. The same model that confronted the viewer two paintings ago is portrayed as the personification virtue and purity My intention was to paint as expressive yet figurative. To create as much information with as little paint as possible. Paint in some places as thick as thieves and in other places completely absent. A deconstruction of sorts; stripping the painting to its bare necessities. This is an original, once off painting on a stretched cotton canvas. High quality natural pigment oil paints are used and the artwork is varnished to preserve color and protect from UV-light, dust and moisture. Edges are painted black and artwork is ready to hang. Framing is not included nor required. Artwork is signed on the front and signed certificate of authenticity is provided. Dimensions: 76,5 x 122 cm (30.1" x 48") For shipment: Artwork is wrapped into several protective layers and placed into wooden crate for extra protection, will be delivered to your doorstep by courier service.
