About The Artwork
This gorgeous painting was a commissioned piece; inspired by two previous works. I’ve titled it “Pure Assurance” because it’s my greatest hope is that every time the collectors see it they remember we are surrounded by this magnificent earth that lets us know that inevitably everything will be alright. The painting itself is a stunning display of earthy colors, blending together to create a sense of calmness and tranquility. The background is a beautiful sky, representing the vastness of the universe and the infinite possibilities that exist within it. The painting features a prominent foreground composed of numerous small, vertical lines that run parallel to one another. These lines, rendered in a golden hue, appear repetitive and serve to symbolize the constant energy and movement of the earth. Overall, "Pure Assurance" is a beautiful piece of art that inspires hope and positivity. It's a reminder to take a step back, breathe in the beauty of the world around us, and trust that everything will be okay in the end. I´m a self taught artist, I have painted and created all of my life, I honestly can't remember a time in my life were I didn't! I had my first solo art show in 2004 and I've been pursuing art solely and formally since 2017; since then I've come to terms about being self taught, and I feel proud and happy with my progress and with the quality of my work.
