"O Salto" is the name of this waterfall, located at the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park in Brazil. It is a wonderful place to visit and be on contact with nature. Brazil has indeed many wonders, but something about this place makes it really unforgettable. This landscape paint represents my faith that Brazil, even with all its problems, is one of the most beautiful places in the world, and still one of the best places to live. We as brazilians have a long way to go. It is a very bumpy ride, but our faith in a better future is too strong to give up. It is not a photo realistic painting, and I think it suits best. There are many written things in it, all of them in portuguese. Most of them are about my belief in Brazil as a nation, and my joy about its wonders.
