I wanted to try something different something simplistic yet also elegant looking. I love roses and wanted to make something that was a simple style, I added a lot of darker colors intentionally so I started out with a black canvas. This allows me to explore the different shades of color that I add which was mainly black and red. It was a lot of fun creating this piece..
