Joshua Tree National Park is most beautiful at sunrise and sundown, when the white granite boulders begin to glow with warm hues of apricot and buttercream, while the shadows turn shades of plum and eggplant (I must be hungry.) I have been to Joshua Tree many times since I was a child, hiking, camping, rock climbing, exploring... and when the boulders start change color, I just have to stop, enamored with the color all around me, and thank God I am a painter! "Joshua Glow" is an original oil painting on stretched canvas. The piece arrives framed in a 23kt burnished gold frame, ready to hang.
