About The Artwork
White Hellebore flower in watercolour with metal leaf background. This is one of my experiments. I tend to experiment constantly. I thought this white flower needed something to help her shine more. So maybe a metal leaf background to frame it and make it more interesting would be the answer. It also reminded me of the Byzantine art style, defined by devotional subjects, painted in vibrant colours and decorated with gold.
