I took inspiration for this painting from a found image.The light and interaction of the figures with each other and within the landscape is what attracted me to it.Cold water swimming seems to becoming increasingly popular within the UK ,ive never found it particularly pleasent to immerse myself in it, the woman entering the water captures that feeling !
