Four Seasons Painting

Patricia Chaparro was born in Bogota, Colombia. She has travelled throughout her life and lived in Italy, France and Indonesia and now currently resides in Asheville, NC. Her work is a fascinating amalgamation of South American, Asian, and European cultures. Her paintings are passionate, sensual; they are the explosions of bright, amidst the work in texture. There seems the movement towards the spiritual; something she attributes to her years lived in Bali, Indonesia where its part of the everyday life. Her paintings have been shown and appreciated around the globe, from cites in the United States to Brazil, Colombia, and Indonesia.
