Field in Blue Painting

Melanie McGraw is a New England based painter living on Cape Cod, Massachusetts and in Maine. Primarily a landscape painter, she does portrait, figurative and still life work as well. While oil paints are her most loved medium she often uses and experiments with a wide variety of other mediums. Her work has been exhibited nationally and in New York, Boston and San Francisco and is in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and Europe. In addition to being an artist she has taught extensively, both privately and in group workshops and at The Cape Cod Museum of Art.
