Emmeline Painting

Bright and expressive piece inspired by the lilies on my Dad's koi pond. The busy brushstrokes reference the movement of the foliage in his garden (Dad's a landscape architect and has the most wonderful garden!). Remarkably difficult to photograph, the bottom blue section changes colour as the day progresses, changing from a deep rich Royal Blue to a lighter shade and back again. The middle section has warm candy floss pinks and coral red. Painted on a bespoke hand-stretched/sized canvas. edges are painted white and the piece is strung with heavy-duty picture wire, ready to hang.
