Dome 2010, Diptych, 38"x38" and 30"x9" graphite drawing on two box like 3" thick canvases with gesso base. The drawing is on main part (38"x38") and the top part (30"x9") is covered with silver/aluminum leaf. Metal leaf adds reflective quality to the drawing part below also adds to the spatial aspect of architecture of this work. Silver leaf reflects the light of surrounding environment depending on source of light in the room (natural light from window vs. indoor lights.
